President's Message

Dear HR Professionals,

Welcome to a brand-new PSHRA Colorado Chapter season!

I am honored to enter my final year as your Chapter President and excited to kick off another year of learning, collaboration, and connection with each of you. As our chapter continues to grow, so does our opportunity to strengthen the public sector HR profession across Colorado.

This year's theme, "Big Top HR – The Greatest Team Under the Tent," celebrates what makes our chapter so special. Just like a successful circus relies on every performer, behind-the-scenes crew member, and ringmaster working together, our profession thrives because of the incredible individuals who bring their unique talents, perspectives, and expertise to serve their organizations and communities. Together, we truly are the greatest team under the tent.

This season, you'll find a blend of in-person and virtual programming designed to provide flexibility while delivering meaningful, high-quality content. Whether you're joining us face-to-face or from your office across the state, our goal is to create opportunities that are engaging, relevant, and valuable to HR professionals at every stage of their careers.

One of the things I'm most excited about is the continued growth of our chapter. Our expanding membership reflects the value of the relationships, education, and resources we provide together. To our returning members—thank you for your continued support. To our new members—welcome! We are thrilled to have you under the big top and look forward to getting to know you throughout the year.

Their ideas, leadership, and willingness to continually innovate ensure that our chapter remains responsive to the evolving needs of our members, and I am grateful to serve alongside such a dedicated team.

As we begin this new season, I encourage you to get involved. Attend an event, participate in discussions, connect with fellow members, and share your ideas with us. Every member contributes to what makes this chapter exceptional, and together we'll continue building a community where everyone has an opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive.
