Through practical examples and reflection, we’ll examine how the absence of clear limits can drain energy and motivation, and introduce a simple, effective approach to offering help in ways that honor both your capacity and your values. Together, we’ll uncover how personal values shape boundary‑setting, and practice using value‑aligned language that supports stronger, more sustainable relationships at work and beyond. Join us to gain tools you can start using immediately to protect your energy, show up with intention, and create a healthier balance in your daily life.
