  As retirements accelerate and workforce expectations shift, public agencies must move beyond assigned mentorship pairings. This session equips HR leaders with practical strategies to embed mentorship behaviors into performance systems, leadership competencies, and workforce planning processes.

  Presenter:

  Michael R. Grabow is a seasoned expert in human and organizational performance, known for his extensive experience in training and coaching. He served 20 years in the United States Air Force, where he led security forces and communications units that received top recognition. Post-military, he has dedicated his career to enhancing workplace development, helping organizations grow and improve their leadership, and team dynamics.

  Michael has over 40 years of experience in organizational development, leadership and management within multiple organizations and agencies.  He is a certified business coach, master trainer, and performance expert.

  He is associated with CPS HR Consulting, where he focuses on developing training processes and personal growth programs for various organizations. His expertise covers a wide range of areas, including talent management, HR compliance, learning and development, and organizational culture.
