Join us for an engaging HR Roundtable moderated by Andrea Cutler, PSHRA National President, as part of our seasonal theme, Crafting Your HR Legacy, for the 2025-26 Season.

This interactive session will provide an open forum to discuss some of the most frequently asked HR questions in Colorado and share strategies for navigating today’s most pressing workforce challenges. Together, we’ll explore how agencies across the state are approaching key issues, offering you an opportunity to learn from peers, exchange best practices, and strengthen your own HR leadership.

Whether you are looking to refine your strategies, gain fresh perspectives, or contribute your own insights, this roundtable is designed to inspire thoughtful discussion and practical solutions—all while keeping the bigger picture in mind: building a meaningful and lasting HR legacy.

Moderator: Andrea Cutler

Andrea’s over 30 years of experience in public sector Human Resources has been with full service and contract cities in southern California.  After retiring, she moved to Las Vegas and continues to do consulting work.

She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, holds IPMA-SCP and CMLR certifications and has been a trainer for the DCHRS course. 

Andrea has served on the PSHRA Executive Council, the Western Region Board, the Southern California and Nevada chapter boards and in several international committees.  She received the National Lifetime Membership Award in 2019, the Muriel Morse Achievement Award from the Western Region in 2015, and the Gunther Dumalski Lifetime Membership award from the Southern California Chapter in 2016. 

Andrea currently serves as the 2025 National President of the Public Sector Human Resources Association (PSHRA).
